Quick fixes for frequent problems

I can't submit a clip

Possible causes:

  • • The URL has already been submitted
  • • The campaign is exhausted or paused
  • • The video is private or unavailable
  • • Invalid URL format

My earnings aren't updating

Metrics update every 10 minutes. If it's been longer:

  • • Check if the campaign is still active
  • • Verify your video is public
  • • Ensure the platform API is accessible
  • • Wait for the next reconciliation cycle

How do I set up payments?

For Clippers (receiving payments): Go to Settings → Payment Settings and add your PayPal information. You'll need:

  • • PayPal email address
  • • First and last name (must match PayPal account)

For Streamers (funding campaigns): Go to Settings → Payment Settings → Connect Stripe Account. You'll need:

  • • Bank account information
  • • Tax ID (SSN or EIN)
  • • Personal identification

When will I get paid?

As a clipper, you can request withdrawals anytime from your balance. Payouts are sent to your PayPal account within 1-2 business days after approval.

My campaign ran out of budget

When a campaign's balance reaches $0, it changes to "EXHAUSTED" status. You can top-up the budget from the campaign detail page to resume accepting clips.

Can I edit a campaign after creating it?

You can pause, resume, and close campaigns. Budget can be increased via top-up. Rates and bonus settings cannot be changed once the campaign is live.
